cool … i will try it… tnx a lot!!! your the best..
The XP Pro trick works great on XP Media with SP2 too – thanks.
However, I could not get the XP Pro solution to work on another machine without SP2. Is there more info on that?
John
Sorry, John. That’s all the information I have.
When Creating the task in scheduled tasks, set the user name as SYSTEM.
Thanks, but that did not work either. Funny thing, it no longer complains about “the scheduled task did not run because n user account password…”. It does not complain at all, but does not run the batch program.
Thanks for trying,
FYI, this makes remote desktop work without a password :O
